For faster help, include your app version, iOS version, the scan mode you were using, and whether the issue happened on Today, Scan, Result, Plan, Review, Profile, or Paywall.

Nuvora Plus

Purchases, billing, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled through Apple App Store settings. Use Restore Purchases in Nuvora AI if Plus access does not appear after a purchase.

Privacy Requests

Profile > Data & privacy includes export and account data deletion controls for the anonymous app account. The public Account Center documents that in-app path, deletion scope, support fallback, and Apple subscription boundary. Support can help interpret export results or troubleshoot deletion requests, but never include Apple ID passwords, API keys, webhook secrets, or payment details in support emails.

Account Deletion

The account deletion path is inside Nuvora AI: open Profile > Data & privacy > Delete account data. If you cannot access the app, email support with the subject Nuvora AI Account Deletion Request. Account deletion removes Nuvora AI backend account data for the app-generated user ID; Apple App Store subscriptions must be canceled separately in Apple ID settings.
